I’d give it a zero star if able. For the sole reason of its ownership. I had never been in Vero and was eating lunch when I spotted an adorable bag. I asked the lady where she got it and she said twigs. It was getting towards the end of the day so we quickly ran over to the store where I spotted the bag. Immediately a lady that I assume is Nancy tall gray haired and she said in a very Turt tone “ we’re closing in five minutes.” So I quickly grabbed the bag to see what the price was and then she said “now it’s three minutes.” Really who does this? I put down the bag and walked out because nothing is worth that kind of behavior. After looking at all her other reviews on here, I’m not surprised. At what point does someone look at themselves and say maybe there’s a problem here.

Some nice clothes, but don’t bother if you are above a size 14, they don’t have it. When I asked if they carried anything larger than 14, one staff person basically said no, we don’t have anything for you. Another, seemingly more experienced staff person politely tried to help me, but they just didn’t have anything. Maybe that’s why they call it Twig?

We bought a necklace at this store where we have shopped on and off for over 25 years- the price was $59. We loved the necklace and ordered 4 more. We were told a week wait and ended up waiting a month. When I went to pick up this morning, they had jacked the price to $76!!! asked to speak to the manager who did call me back, thanked me for being a customer for 25 years and told me that the price was $76. End of story, then hung up on me. Absolutely, the most shocking service I have received in a very long time even during Covid. This is a luxury boutique store on a very high-end strip of Vero Beach. It is amazing to me that they have stayed in business as long as they have with this type of customer service, sad, snotty sales people and the fact that their clothing is already severely overpriced. Truth is you're not missing much among the yards of stretchy rayon fabrics unless your goal is to dress like your grandmother.

This is an amazing shop with beautiful clothes , however the woman who work there have absolutely no idea how to treat a customer who is spending $400 in the store … we where a group of 4 friends , they spoke amongst themselves about our Language and the one employee told the other one we are chittering amongst ourselves … I find this extremely rude. These ladies need to be trained as how to be more professional.

Some of the employees in this store need to find another job. Clearly they are not very happy and do not enjoy working in customer service (there was very little during my visit). I visited this shop at the end of March 2022 and the woman at the register was so rude. I spent nearly $100 and you’d think perhaps she would thank me for shopping or say “have a nice day”. Anything? No! Not a word or even a smile! She didn’t even tell me what my total was before she took my credit card from my hand. It was so odd! I blew it off thinking she was having an “off” day until I came here and see so many other terrible reviews for this store. How in the world are they still in business with this level of customer service The shop itself has a ton a great items (pricey though). They just need to hire more friendly employees.

Upon entering the store half of the lights were turned off and we were informed immediately that they’re closing at five. Then five minutes later we were told the same thing again that were closing in five minutes and if you want to make your way to the door you can now. I own a retail store in Fort Lauderdale and would never rush a customer out of the store it’s hard enough just to get customers in the door let alone rush them out at 10 minutes and five minutes till closing the store has a wonderful selection and were going to purchase some Spartina and some home furnishings but because of the horrible attitude it’s really a shame that we just can’t bring ourselves to purchasing anything here. This absentee owner really needs to have a heart to heart with the employees here unless that was the owner and she’s independently wealthy and doesn’t need any business
