I really appreciate the responsiveness, kindness, and generosity from this company's customer service. I would recommend buying from them for this great customer support alone but I also love their products I've tried.

I bought a product made by Two's Company (Cupcakes & Cartwheels brand) at a local retailer and absolutely fell in love with it. The small floating fish in a glitter ball became a staple at my office; we use it for concentration breaks, fidgety hands, or just quick amusement,

We loved our Fishie so much for so many months that it started to show wear and tear, and lost its bounce. I contacted Cupcakes & Cartwheels on Facebook and they not only responded within the morning but offered to send me a replacement at no charge.
