Had what I was looking for. I needed to go to the restroom. When I got to the door it was locked and had a sign to check with the cashier. The line was lo g and they were busy. By the time I could have gotten the key it was too late. I don't understand why it was locked. It never has been before.

The attendant in the chopped/pizza area was incredibly rude. She was putting pans away, glanced up at me and didn't say hello or acknowledge me at all. When I brought that to her attention, she proceeded to tell me they normally have food prepped for pick-up/grab-n-go and that they don't normally interact with customers. That doesn't justify not acknowledging a guest or asking them if they need any help because this was my first time here and I had no idea how things worked. The situation could have been handled a lot better and honestly I expected more with an on-base gas station.

(GAS STATION ONLY) Great store. Horrible management. THE most disrespectful lady runs the place. Zero manners. Zero respect for civilians (although I’m a veteran). You’ll first hand see the blatant disrespect to the men and women BUILDING this base FOR the military. Someone should maybe remind her that compassion and respect in the service industry goes a long way.

This is a great store … they just finished remodeling and the store looks even better but most importantly I don’t have any complaints about management or the crew that work there
To the person that complained before me… you were just having a miserable day .
Next time when you feel that way.. go home and take 2 Midols to get rid of your cramps .

to whom it May concern !! This gas station is a strategic point at the current time in which this great project is being carried out, those of us who make life here at the base working every day need better service, between 11 am and 1 pm is lunch time, and it is worrying to see how there is never anything prepared, on the contrary, either there is never anything or it is being cooked, the objective of this gas station should be to sell and offer the best service, while ours is to buy and be grateful for it!!

Sometimes they let you buy things sometimes they don't. Even with a DOD card it's a flip of the coin if you can shop

bluf/tl;dr:

Need better windshield wash stations, need customer-proof chuck or whatever to keep air compressor functioning.

Long version:

Great staff, decent selection, gas seems good. Miss having the second gas station on base because when the tire air calibrator goes down, now there's no second option. Used to be if air compressor was out of order, go to second location & chances were it was functioning. Second gripe is the windshield wash squeegees, recently finished a road trip & every pilot gas station I was able to clean windshield crystal clear, I tried washing final bug guts off here & nothing. The liquid cleaner was blue, almost like at pilot, but the squeegee was so stiff it couldn't remove any liquid at all. I used to think the problem was the liquid, like it was just water, no cleaner. I'm sure current issue is the brand of squeegee, solution would be to find out how pilot gas stations do it, what they use & then copy them.
