I purchased these shoes, drove 4 hours back home just to realize there were 2 different colors. The store representative obviously didn’t check both shoes before giving them to me. The store was more concerned with holding a black guys I.D than their customer service. I have tried calling with no answer. I even spoke with a representative from UGG who told me that I have to spend my own money on return and they wouldn’t give me the full price of my return. This is just ridiculous!!

Terrible Experience – Ugg Store

I’m extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. We’re tourists and bought four pairs of shoes, but I ended up leaving mine behind because of how rude and dismissive the staff was. Their attitude was unacceptable and made the entire experience frustrating.

To top it off, they refused to accept our US dollars simply because they weren’t the newer blue series bills – something I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

This level of disrespect is shocking for such a reputable brand. Ugg seriously needs to address their staff’s behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Bought my daughter a pair of uggs there yesterday. Young black lady was probably the rudest and most disinterested shop assistant I have ever met. My husband wanted to buy shoes too, she bought the wrong size and rolled her eyes when he asked for a different size. Daughter got her shoes home only to find out that one side of the shoe was all scraped up. Went back today and was told to fill in a mail in warranty form by the same girl . We will not shop there again.

An absolute nightmare. A circus of unprofessional and cocky employees. What a shame. The two "managers" were just as bad. How is this a flagship store on Michigan Ave? CORPORATE please take notice. You are killing the brand.

had a very disappointing experience at this UGG store. I asked to see a pair of shoes and waited a very long time, only to realize they had forgotten my request and asked me again. After waiting even longer, they told me the size I wanted was out of stock. I then asked for a different size, and they said they would confirm, but they never got back to me. When I followed up, I was told I had to go upstairs to check myself. The service was unorganized and unprofessional, and I felt like my time wasn’t valued at all

I wouldn't give this store one red cent. I asked for a price and size. Young gal seemed annoyed, disappeared for 15 minutes then stared at me from across the store never coming back to address my questions. Never judge a book ...because I would have bought the coat and possibly shoes if treated properly. Do not recommend.

Don’t buy! This brand has been ripping off the original family owned Australian brand Ugg 1974. The American company is now suing the original THAT THEY COPIED! Purchase a better quality UGG from the originators UGG 1974.
