Best place to rent a U-Haul. Working with Andrew and Allan. They were very kind. I had issues with the rental and they went above and beyond to compensate me for the incidence as I had it for several days on a large move and roadside assistance was unable to fix the issue onsite

I had to write this review to praise the outstanding service provided by Takia. She truly defines "above and beyond" service. Her approach is absolutely amazing. I will definitely rent at this location again if Takia is there to assist me.

Truck rental was full of roaches. It was disgusting. U-Haul should properly inspect their trucks before giving them to customers. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. (check the wood beams before filling the truck, they hide there by the hundreds).

After 4 Days of suffering, not knowing where my U-boxes were, the only person that listened to me and actually found a solution was the assistant manager Takia Jackson. If it wasn’t for her my review would be very different. So once again thank you Takia for all your help during this nightmare.

I don’t like this place. I installed a hitch there before I paid online. I thought that it will be great to do it at official place but I was wrong. 😑

Remove Cierra from your employment. She’s rude inconsiderate, incompetent, lazy and spent more time texting on her personal phone than servicing the customers. Cierra gave incorrect information, was annoyed when asked questions regarding the rental. She outright let you know she doesn’t care and when I asked why the company phone rings without answering she replied “ I’m too busy” Horrible interactions with Cierra.

On the positive side, the truck was clean , ran well and A/C worked fine. Beware… check the fuel gauge before you leave the facility. My gas tank was a1/4 tank lower than contract stated.
