Do better! Seriously you guys suck at ‘ profiling ‘ people that are ‘ stealing’ in your store. As paying customers this makes me not want to go back. I came in here to shop with my sister, and she told me she received many looks from the employees, probably judging her on her appearance. But nobody even bothered to ask her if she needed any help. But instead just stare at her and judge her. Seriously. So unprofessional, go to Sephora across the parking lot. You’ll have. Much better experience there!

decided to go get a foundation and i had already decided on which one i wanted right, needed help with a foundation match. the lady that decided to help me, was very very rude, she looked at my skin and wanted to recommend me another brand but i told her no, i just need a color match, which she did do. i have acne and textured skin and I KNOW I DO. she decides to comment on it and ask if i exfoliate, if i moisturizer and TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TEXTURED SKIN WHILE DOING THE COLOR MATCH even thought that the foundation I WANTED wasn’t good enough for my skin. never going there again. rude ass lady. I KNOW MY SKIN i don’t need a worker from ulta reminding me and giving me advice.

Tried the brow bar for the first time. Not a good experience. I wanted threading and the girl, started off by saying she had no experience with threading and she was trying to get me to do wax. I told her I prefer threading. She took her time and I did not see much difference because she did tweezing. I could have done that myself. She than charged me $30 for the service full price for a service she didn't know how to do is not right. If your in training your prices should not be full price
I went to the salon another time all I wanted was a quick trim nothing special my hair is already short I just needed it fixed.i was still on time the lady was almost done with her client and she heard me telling the receptionist I was willing to wait and make it quick she heard me I could have told her myself. The receptionist went to ask her and they were whispering at each other the stylist looks at me up and down and receptionist comes back and says no she won't help me.
Bad experience overall here. Nothing what Ultas customer standards should be. Little no staff and no walk-ins available for any service. Makes me think they judge you by your appearance it's like you come dressed with makeup for them to provide you proper service
Don't judge a book by its cover you never know who your dealing with. Ulta staff should be trained to keep that in mind.

I really love shopping at The Crossings location in Corona it is a bigger store and very well organized. I love all the options this store has to offer I just really wished all the Ulta stores would carry the same products so then we don’t have to drive to different locations if we want it now.

Managers choose to side with customers that are in the wrong and just treat their employees horribly every time I go there for cologne I see a manger scolding a employee at the registers just because a Karen wants half percent off a product like it’s crazy I’m just writing this because I wouldn’t want to work with managers like that
