I'd give ZERO starts if I could but... zero help from everyone: UPS drivers, UPS security personnel even thought the site has a "Customer Center" sign, it's permanently closed. UPS is clearly afraid to deal with customers face to face because they know their delivery service is lame. The UPS driver did not attempt to deliver, he left no sticker/note. I was at home at the time of the delivery and followed the truck on their app. The driver simply decided that it was time for him to go. Will do my best to avoid UPS services, tell all my friends and family to do the same and sell my UPS stocks as well. Way to go UPS!

Apparently this facility is targeted by fraudsters which caused my package to be asked back by the retailer so I never got to see it and caused me immense trouble and a huge waste of time. It seems that picking up a package here with a valid photo ID isn’t enough guarantee or handled properly and can be subject to scams and shady movements. I order a laptop to be sent and picked up here, but they don’t seem to trust that UPS can handle such a thing, and then treat me as a “potential fraudster”. awful! Please contact OWC —Other World Computing— if you want further explanation into why I am writing this review.

I called UPS corporate over 24 hours ago to information the company one of their drivers almost crashed into me due to his reckless driving. I provided the corporate representative with the location, time of event, and plate number GEQ 399. Further, the location of this event would have had cameras. This reckless driver would have completely destroyed my car. The representative informed me someone would follow up with this matter within 24 hours. Subsequently, no one has followed up. This unacceptable to have a driver on the road with this type of behavior. Very disappointing and upsetting! I would not be using UPS for deliveries.

Worse customer service ever !! They don’t know what they’re doing , first the driver didn’t go to my house at all and said I wasnt there he didn’t leave any paper or anything , I was in the balcony with my daughters , second of all they told me to come pick up the package super far from my house I had to pay $30 for Uber and when I got there they told me the package is in the truck that the driver has it , after they told me it was there , and 30 minutes after they told me the driver didn’t have my package , that is there but they can’t locate it !!!!!!! 😡😡😡 i mean really how unprofessional is this and after all here i am going back home with nothing in my hands because they didn’t find anything!!
