I never leave reviews but I had to after today! I’m not sure if maybe it’s new management or just new employees but the two girls who helped me today were the absolute sweetest and I feel like prices were more reasonable than ever! There was a lady trying to make a return and they did not even seem like it was a bother to them at all, like most stores employees do. The girls were so friendly, helping me think of outfits, and they were very personable too. I wish I would have gotten their names so they could be called out by name on how fantastic they made my experience selling and buying! To the girls working the morning of 1/14, yall are awesome!

I came in to sell and dropped off three baskets of items. She mentioned it would take 30-40 minutes, and I asked if I could go pick up my son from daycare and return. She didn't clarify anything, so I left. I came back 45 minutes later and noticed she hadn’t started. I had my two-year-old with me and she was starting a new buy, which still wasn’t mine. I asked about starting mine, and she said since I had left, mine was the last one. While I understand the reasoning, it wasn’t explained clearly, and since I was back in the store, I don’t see how that rule applies. Should I have waited till 7pm when they closed? Next time, I’ll drive to Acworth.

I love uptown cheapskate they always have the cutest clothes and it makes it easy for me to buy a lot at once for a low price. As a teenager my weight usually fluctuates and uptown makes it easy for me to sell my clothes and buy new ones to fit me better. The staff is super nice and all around friendly.

There was a 60% off sale going on when my husband and my Grandson visited. As we entered there were mounds of clothes going down the front aisle. It was quite overwhelming. I had to pull clothes out just to see the sizes and costs. A few clothes were hung on racks, but not very many. It looked more like a rummage sale rather than a true sale. I am assuming this was the only way the clothes could be sold. The costs were good but finding the clothes was very hard.

We go to several different Uptown Cheapskate locations and this one is by far our favorite! Always clean, well organized and the staff are always friendly!

WOW oh WOW this place was a shock and soooo nice! They buy and sell, so expect the nicer/name brand things to have a pricier tag but it's totally worth it and basically 75% retail price. I left with one Anthropology dress NWT $158 retail and got it for $24!!!! That's WAY more than 75%. Absolutely will be returning, and hopefully with a few personal items to sell/trade!

Sold and used store credit towards a purchase. Pleasant quiet environment, very nice quality clothing for affordable price. Dressing rooms have good lighting.

I agree with other reviewers that when you sell to them, they may not look at everything in the bag or just glance as i noticed my items on the bottom were untouched and folded exactly the way i put them in.
I actually did not have a large quantity of items either, the bag I had them in was larger than what i needed.
It looks like they going through a purge of inventory and need to sell more than buy right now. So this is a really great place to buy as I got this Nordstrom dress for $6 retails for 10x that.
you're looking to sell more than 1 item I suggest a different consignment store or location. Looking at the racks, it looks like they take more higher quality clothing, they don't look like they take things like t-shirts or workout leggings so if you're selling tshirts or athleisure I think platos closet is more suitable. I think that it's possible they may have glanced and knew they weren't accepting the other items i had as they were mostly tshirts, so I understand.
