giving 3 stars because even though I absolutely love their clothes, even though they are expensive they are great quality stuff. the service was bad and the workers were rude to me. I also had a reward they didn’t even bother to let me use. aka laziness and also just being rude. also it would be cool if they had a wider selection of phone cases but that’s not a huge deal to me. the afterpay in store option is great.

My Daughter loves the styles! Pricey items, but uniquely designed clothes! Sales are great! Not the customer service, very dry and stand offish to certain customers! Stop sizing people up and greet everyone!

I had ordered a Wildflower case that was on sale last night for in-store pickup. I got a confirmation email and everything immediately after. The next day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because ‘it’s no longer available’ at my store. What? The website literally said the cases were in stock when I ordered, and since I placed the order last night, they should’ve kept it aside for me. Very, very disappointing. And then in the cancellation email, they tell me I can get $10 off on my next order. Great, right? No. The $10 is only for orders above $50. You think I’m gonna buy $50 worth of things at this store after what just happened? I’m just saying they could’ve given me some alternative.

THANK YOU OMAR!!!! i had to return so much stuff and then had to return the stuff i exchanged and had to rebuy it, he was so patient and kind! love the staff here, they’re so nice and understanding w good attitudes and work ethic!

also in general, the store is nicely set up with the sale in one corner, the loungewear/soft girl aesthetic+ dresses in another corner, and all the baddie stuff in the other corner. it all runs together and makes sense and is typically well organized
