First of all, I strongly recommend this business. A few days ago, I went over looking for new perfumes to add to my collection, and I have the great pleasure of meeting Ulisis Jr he has a vast knowledge of fragrance, and the team is wonderful and you would treat like a family member

I work in the fragrance and beauty industry for the past 25 years. I can honestly say I truly don’t need to purchase a fragrance. I visited this store with a friend a few months ago and I feel in love with so many of their amazing verities and captivating scents. The client service is exceptional and I highly recommend if you want a luxury purchase without the overpriced products come here. And the selection is the best town.

Bad customer service. As soon as you enter to the store they look at you , if you does not have the " buyer profile" you could be there unattended for a while . It happened to me twice. Online you can find better prices , I do not recommend the store.

I visited this store with my daughter after being told of the "good" selection of perfumes/colognes that they have. My daughter and I split up to better get an idea of what they sold. We walked the store and not once we're we greeted and or acknowledged. After 10 minutes, I approached my daughter to see if she had received any help. She said no but mentioned that one of the workers made eye contact with her and never helped. We walked around the store for an additional 10 minutes. At this point a worker walked towards to my direction but only to continue to joke around with his friend. At that point I let him know that the customer service in this store was non existent and left.
For 20 minutes we walked around and not once was asked if we needed help. I will not be going back to this location.

WOW. I found Valencia Perfumes through TikTok, so I was a little nervous about ordering. They proved me wrong! The price was unbelievable, and my order arrived quickly and was packaged very nicely to avoid damage…plus it was FREE SHIPPING! Thank you a million times Valencia! The other day Ulises one of the owners of Valencia Perfumes was on a live TikTok appearance with Daniel Rene. Ulises recommended to purchase “Your Highness” by Afnan. He explained the notes and said it was something every woman should have. I received my order today and I purchased. It does have a very elegant scent and portrays a rich person that is confident.. The scent is so beautiful!!!!! I will definitely be using this and repurchasing for a backup. I recommend this fragrance and if you want great advice please Ulises from Valencia Perfumes in Miami he is very knowledgeable. Also follow Daniel Rene he such a genuine individual and he is very knowledgeable on fragrances too…. I recommend this scent to anyone that wants to smell beautiful
