They advertised “free air” on google maps, just to charge $2 in quarters without warning! Seriously misleading and frustrating.

Place is awful. You can't pay at the pump and have prepay inside. The place is also overpriced and your better off going to shell on embarcadero.

The pump nozzle also had residue of gas all over it and covered my hands 😔.

Great simple pumps with transparent pricing and easy to use high tech machines that can read chips wirelessly and from your phone by tapping. Gas is slightly on the expensive side but not more than other stations in the area.

Extremely rude staff. We got gas here & I asked nicely to use the restroom and the man who came out of the restroom who works there walked away and rudely said NO!!!! VIRUS!!!!! (Lol) which I thought was extremely uncalled for - I understand of course but it could have put in a nicer way with better attitude. Please train your staff properly on customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Extremely rude, they have no respect for their customers and their time - They don’t honor their advertised hours and close before time - when I tried to inquire as to why, the employee was extremely rude and just kept repeating the words: “we are closed - we do this every night” - he just kept repeating the same words over and over again, no matter what I said, he said the same line over and over.
When I asked if he didn’t speak English - he said I was intruding - mind you this was when they were supposed to be open. I even pointed to the sign showing the hours they were supposed to be open -
He didn’t even look. Ultimately I just drove off to a different gas station.
This was my go to place for gas, but after this experience I won’t be going back.

Gas station. No frills. Expensive .... I just got home from Boston, gas is $1 cheaper per gallon. Annoying that CA gas prices get hiked up by 30-40 %
