The service is great here. I didn't know how to open my BMW key fob, and all I was doing was buying a battery, and they opened the key fob for me. They have great customer service. They Test it out after they put in the key fob battery for me.

This is an AWESOME hardware store. Excellent customer service & product selection. Great prices. The kind of hardware store your Grandfather went to where they not only help you find what you need, but will share their expertise on how to get your task completed, the right way. Everything a big box store won't provide. Simply the best.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times it was later in the evening. An older incredibly knowledgeable Latino man(should’ve got his name) was able to help me both times find the parts I needed within a couple of minutes.

Really made me appreciate what they have to offer in the service atmosphere of business that the internet has taken away.

I would highly recommend this place. Everyone there is very helpful. I had run into an issue with the car I was driving and the nearby restaurant we went into said that Ace Hardware could help. Sure enough they went out of their way to help with my problem, and I particularly want to mention how helpful, efficient and knowledgeable Austin was. Thank you so much, you saved me a whole lot of trouble that day!

Came to this Ace Hardware looking for specific size bolt (M12x1.75mm thread), not only did they have the bolt in the length I needed, Austin, one of the workers, was awesome In helping me locate exactly where the bolt was amongst the multitude of options on their wall while providing excellent customer service.

If you're in the area, and even if you're a little bit out of it, I absolutely recommend choosing this Ace hardware over other hardware stores, they have a great selection of products and even better employees.

10/10, would recommend.

This is perhaps my favorite store. I am always amazed at what they have in stock to fix my problem. The staff makes this store feel like a community of helpful neighbors that are genuinely interested in helping out however they can.
