I’ve been shopping at this place for years and for whatever the reason lately it has been not good due to the fact that multiple times i’ve gone they claim that their card machine is down so they force you to pay cash so I paid cash for my stuff. They left something out of the bag didn’t give me a receipt so I had no proof when I went back for something that was 599 even though I spent $70 she said she couldn’t help me because I didn’t have a receipt and I would need her other employee to verify that she was the one that charged me, so she refused to give and she wouldn’t give me back even though they were only 599 for some plastic butterflies

The service has gotten better the girls there always ask if I need any thing it’s not like Walmart were you can get service in the fabric aArea and wait half an hour to an hour to get to service another time she can’t find somebody that will come and help you cut the fabric other than that I like the service service at Valley craft store is good it’s gotten better

I always try to give my home town the first try to my hobby needs but I'm always disappointed the service people ignore me don't ask if you need help and never have what I need I don't know how they stay in business
