Nice dealership overall and friendly service! The prices could be a bit more competitive for being the only Lexus dealer for many miles around, but overall their selection of vehicles is plenty decent and the staff is very helpful. My grandparents are Lexus loyal customers!

My husband and I went into Valley Lexus this past Saturday for a service on our 2021 Lexus ES350. While we were waiting I decided to walk around and found the MOST beautiful 2022 LS500 F Sport on the showroom floor. Perfectly Ultra White with gorgeous black leather interior. My absolute DREAM car. Eddie assisted us immediately with test driving and taking a look at it. I was in love. They were able to get the deal done pretty much before the oil change was done on my Lexi. We drove our in Lexa that morning and I couldn't be happier. Easy financing, fast signing, great service. We will be back for our next Lexus for sure. Thank you to the General Manager, Eddie our Salesperson, and the finance guys for getting this deal done. I LOVE my "new" car!!!!!!

Everything about the experience was outstanding! Purchased a 2022 GX460 Sport Package from them and had it transported to Texas. Mark Abdishou was very helpful and made this transaction very smooth. I've been searching for a specific Lexus vehicle for weeks and found the spec I wanted on the Lexus website. I sent a few dealer inquiries and most of them did NOT reach out for 2-5 days after I submitted the request.

EXCEPT for Valley Lexus, I sent the dealer inquiry at 6:50pm. Eleven minutes later at 7:01pm I received a email and text message from Trevor. After exchanging a few texts, Trevor worked with his sales manager to put my name on the inbound Lexus, provided a detailed specification list, and took my deposit the next day.

Fast forward 2+ weeks later, as the vehicle was scheduled to arrive at the dealership. Trevor collected all my information needed for the purchase contract and had most of the paperwork set up beforehand. The day the vehicle arrived, he texted a picture which showed the vehicle still wrapped in some plastic protection. When I arrived later in the day, the vehicle was detailed and ready to drive off. After taking care of the financials, he patiently spent some time to sync the vehicle to the Lexus app on my smartphone, give details of the vehicle, answer all questions I had, and explain different customization options in the onboard menu. Overall I had one of the best experiences buying any vehicle and would highly recommend Trevor.

Valley Lexus is a GEM that not many people know that it actually exist..... Good location...Plenty of parking... I bought a 2021 Lexus LX570, and the process went smoothly.... My sales associate Zait was very helpful and easy to work with. The sales manager, Eddie, was fair and really wanted me to close the deal. So it was bot hard to negotiate for an equilibrium price that is workable for me and the dealer. Chris at the finance department was also very easy to work with.. He explained the CPO warranty to me thoroughly.. He also helped me understand the extent warranty in terms of what it covered... I think he found me the BEST Lexus Extended Warranty in the industry... I love this Lexus Dealer... I hope they continue to put the needs of customers first before profit... I still don't understand why the dealer is called Valley Lexus instead of Lexus of Modesto.... I think it should be changed to Lexus of Modesto... It's just more geographically anchored and more memorable... Just my thought...

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience car shopping here. The salesman was very rude and pushed us away. The car we wanted to check out was unfortunately not in stock- and the salesman seemed annoyed that we even asked about it. Will definitely be ordering the vehicle from the Bay Area.

If you're visiting for the first time, I highly recommend you simply ask for Tim Cope right away when walking in.
Tim is a breathe of fresh air compared to most salespeople and dealership experiences. He answers with real information, not vagueness and half truths. He knows the cars, he knows the Lexus programs, and he talks to you like a real person. He's highly responsive even when you're not at the dealership.
Ask for Tim. And make the drive to Modesto, it'll be worth it just for the experience.

When I purchased my Lexus I was told that the service was great. Unfortunately I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Valley Lexus in Modesto. I had an apt today at 10:45am and I had arrived a bit early. I was asked to have a seat and wait until the service advisor Jessica could check me in. At 11:20 I had not been checked in and finally decided to ask a staff member why it’s taken over 30 minutes just to check my car in. After speaking up about the wait time they checked my car in.
I am sure that it would have been an even longer wait if I did not speak up.

This is quite poor service. When you book an appointment, the company has an expectation for you to arrive on time. Why is it that the staff at Valley Lexus aren’t held to that same standard ? Why is it acceptable to take over 30 minutes to check a customer in and even longer to start working on their service ?

Super disappointed. (Jessica is great, it’s just the service that was poor)
