This place is awesome. I can't remember the ladies name, but she's a kind of short, maybe Arabic light skinned lady..very pretty.. kind lady. (Forgive me for not remembering your name 🤦‍♀️) you walk in (no appointment needed) look around, find your style, and she'll sit you down and grab the wig you like and she also has different colors (if you don't like the colors or if they dont have the color you like, you can even order them online and have them sent to the store for pick up) after you buy your wig she'll style it or trim it up so it fits your face....she's very patient. 🤭 I think I tried on like 5 different styles, and she worked with me until we found a nice one that fit. She didn't feel like she was judgy at all either, which made me feel good. It really is a great store. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend this place for sure..if you haven't been..you should definitely go. And anybody who has anything bad to say about this place is just jealous, in my opinion..this place is great.
