Long time without visiting any Valsan, still we'd like to be surprised and insist on pass through... unfortunately very other visit is worst and store itself looks out of date with very poor quality items 😔😔😔

By far the worst customer service ever, and don't even dare to ask any questions about their cell phones because the ladies are not properly trained and they tell you they know nothing and on top of that they give you stank attitude. The one lady that help those was a pregnant one, I worked while I was pregnant and I didn't even dare to treat people that lady treated us, like we were bothering her and continue to tell us all that expensive. Stop buying with your pocket first of all I have money I needed a cheap phone to send out of the country what does it worry you if is expensive or not, we asked to see a couple of the models there and it was bothering her that we continue to ask different one. Do not waste your money in this place or your time worst customer service.

Walked in at 7:15... They closed at 8... I was told 7 times that they were closing soon...
What is that! They were super rude and even turned off half the lights to the place at 7:53! Isn't it posted that you close at 8! Horrible! I bough nothing and left disgusted..

It’s economical. Something are a little more than expected, but those things are usually better quality that expected. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I have no complaints. I’ve gone in there to buy an emergency pair of shoes, a few trinkets, even clothes. My husband loves their guayaberas. My favorite pair of jeans is from there. The staff is nice, but if you are a jerk don’t expect the greatest treatment (I don’t blame them). Besides all that, I love buying at stores that are locally owned. If you don’t like it, don’t go shop at Walmart, and good luck finding ANYONE to help you there. Just sayin....

Greatest majority of the products are imported from China. Extremely poor quality.

Nobody helps. Terrible attitude and aptitude. Manager believes the are making you a favor.

Place never have a carts employees are always on el chisme or like we say in English in the gossip. Only have one cashier and when you tell them to open another cash register they look at you with attitude and say they can't but they are all standing talking

I go to this Valsan of Perrine Discount Store, because it's just walking distance from where i live. The store has a small shop. Where they fix / adjust cellulars. I save a lot of gas going there to buy stuff for my mother..and is very convenient when i want to change the glass cover on my cellular phone when it cracks again 😔 - 😌
