Really good experience and it is very professional when it comes to associating with the work staff. No complaints since I even came back after 1 year and a few months. Awesome staff. And a very friendly and clean environment. You cannot get more comfortable and old-fashioned compared to this place that is really respectful. As well as the new fashioned generation. Both the old and young have manners here. I always feel welcomed when I am here. This place does not discriminate for all ages and sizes and all races and all genders and all sexual orientations. Who is stable and always steady. And many many more compliments that I can even give on text. Lourdes and Luis are both very professional and are always on top of their job. They both give a very warm feeling when customers go there including myself. It's always very warm and comfortable there when they are there. I do more than hope that both of them get a raise. They both are very educated and very caring. Which is a really good thing for this industry. More than hopefully they get placed in a higher position or get paid more. I love the workers here they are so caring and so awesome there's no words that can even express that. And I am legitimately loving and caring that I am currently a customer. While they work here and make a good and comfortable feeling for other customers that are here as well. Thank you Value Store It.

This self storage budling and its surrounding area is always kept clean and well attended to. I did the on-line rental, however I also went in person to the facility and the onsite Property Manager, Lourdes Melendez, was very helpful and very professional. She addressed any and all concerns I had as well as showing us around the area. I would highly recommend this facility, this is my second time renting (first was many years ago), and as a returning customer it is still a top notch facility and I can't beat its location and ease of the whole rental process.

Lourdes was exceptional. Super attentive and very helpful. She is a tremendous asset to your company. Shes there every day. I mean every time I go shes there. On my last day at the storage it was 6:30pm and she was still working.

The place is very clean. The bathrooms the hallways. Everything is always clean.

Plus, she always has a smile on her face.

Lourdes is a queen! She was so kind and patient in helping me change ownership on our company storage unit. She was the only person working at the time, but still made sure to acknowledge me as I waited, which I appreciated. Then when it was my turn, she walked me through step-by-step, explaining everything so I understood and answered all my questions with a smile. The units themselves are standard storage units, but I like the service here and having extended access once the offices are closed.
