Poor etiquette. They accept cash only and will not return your deposit. Make sure you ask all the questions before you let go of your money. We zelled the deposit, but they won't except zelle payment. Absurd and unprofessional.
My experience may not be yours.

Update: The owner called, he was apologetic and wanting to resolve the misunderstanding. Even though I will not be picking up the deposit, Thank you. The damage was done.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping here, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience! This store specializes in vanities and toilets, and they have an impressive selection that caters to every style and budget.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me navigate through the various options. I was particularly impressed with the range of vanities available very modern styles.

Where is your policy written on deposits? There is none. Also, if a Zelle payment was accepted as a deposit, why not payment?
Obviously you needed the $100 more than I did. I never have an issue with helping the needy. Enjoy

I had a very good experience with Vanities and More. The show room appears small but they have all the items in multiple sizes ready for delivery/pickup. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. I was given a very competitive price and love the items I purchased. Love that the team listened to my needs and really gave me multiple options to choose from. I wanted a white double sink vanity with lots of storage. I was thinking of purchasing a 72 inch double vanity but I fell in love with the idea I was given. The owner gave me the option of a 60in double vanity that had LED light drawer with the matching cabinet (grand total of 72 inches when built next to eachother).I Loved the sleek look and all the storage, we paired it with a fabulous LED mirror and beautiful matching faucet. BEST price in town. Sold! I will be back for my other renovations. Thank you!!
