I wasted time and money trying to deal with these people. They didn’t finish half the job because they have bad attitudes and gave me the brush off. Clayton Vannoy was feigning concern when I told him my situation, I decided it wasn’t worth it to waste any more time with this company. Comments like “oh yes, they remember you very well!” I was nice to Brandi and Anthony who gave me the run around, that was nothing. Absolutely rude comment. Lots of “she said you said”. SHE wasn’t even there!! Their mechanic was throwing a temper tantrum and was in the wrong. I am disgusted with their disingenuous attitudes. Their answer to everything was “bring it into the shop!” Yeah, been there three times in two weeks to no avail, and now Mr. Vannoy himself is being defensive and condescending, I’ll pass! I shudder to think how they would deal with a more grievous issue considering how all of them dealt with little ol me. Don’t waste your time here. Plenty of other shops in town, I had to learn the hard way.

Shelly, Alan, and the entire crew at Vannoy Warrington are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I purchased new rims and an aftermarket brake kit online for my Tacoma. They mounted 5 new BFG KO2s and installed the brake kit. While they were installing the brakes they discovered that my original brakes were still in good condition and instead of just installing the new brakes, they called to let me know I could save money by keeping the originals. I load down the truck fairly often so I did end up having them install the new ones anyway, but this was my first experience having a shop recommending saving money. They completely stand behind their tires and all of their work. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Vannoy Warrington and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

The people who greeted me were very nice. Service was very quick, it took about 15 minutes to get a hole patched in my tire. Would recommend 🙂

Son hit something in rd just before he got to work in the early am n busted tire, all the way flat to pavement. Roadside service no good for this. No spare tires or doughnuts in newer Hondas, n the hole was on side front of tire, (no patch or slime would work for this hole) needed new tire that day, n to far from home. Had to jack it up remove tire n took to 3 different tire stores in Pcola, major pain.
All three places did NOT have the tire or a similar tire, it would take a day or 2 to get there. The fourth place I made it to this location, called Vanoys.
The man at service desk, very helpful he was determined to find us a tire, he kept checking n calling. He said he could have the tire there in 30 mins., if I had time. Freaking

The place was packed out, no empty chairs n barely anywhere to park, n now I know why. Not only did they get the tire that day, the tire was $72.00 dollars LESS than I paid for each in Destin, just 3 mos. prior. This place impressed me very much, saved the day for us!!! We drove back to car, put the new tire back on son's car before he got off his 14 hr shift at BR. Thank you soooooooooo much Vanoy Tires in Pcola !!!! And that little guy up front is the bomb!!!

I went to Vannoy's for four new tires and an alignment and wiper blades. My total bill was over $735.00. When I left after getting my tires, they called me back because the tech forgot to put on the new wiper blades, no big deal, I wasn't far away when they called me back. The real issue is when I drove my car on the interstate, I noticed a vibration, so I took my car back to Vannoy's and they said my right front tire was missing a weight, they said it could have fallen off because they are hammered on, so, okay, but my car still isn't riding like it just got an alignment and four new tires, I did a focused test drive and my car is veering to the left, so I'm not sure the alignment was ever done. They forgot the wiper blades, the weight on my front right tire was either not put on, or fell off and after only ten days, the alignment is off. I went to this location over three years ago and it was a good experience, but three strikes, you're out Vannoy's. The receptionist Brandi is wonderful, but the other guy, I think he hates his job, he's not pleasant at all.
UPDATE: The weights on my tires where put on the wrong areas of the tires and the PSI on all four tires was all over the place, one tire was 37PSI, another tire was 34PSI and yet another tire was 44 PSI. I will use B&M tires from here on out.

Honesty. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. I had replaced all suspension parts (everything). I had gotten to a point where I just couldn't figure out the next Adjustments. I gave up and brought it to Vannoy's. They told me it was already aligned perfectly. Caster, camber and toe. No charge and I was on my way. They could have put a wrench on it and changed me or similar. They did not. I've brought vehicles to them before at various locations. They always do excellent work. Great people and reliable mechanics. Thank you.

Went in for a nail in my tire. They were courteous and profressional. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. They had coffee and a snack machine for customers. I wasn't there long enough to need either.
