Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Marco “Polo” our salesman. Marco did a fantastic job listening to our parameters on the vehicle that we were looking for, in the payment range amongst a few other requests. He made the experience the “best” that my wife and I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. If our total time at the dealership took 2 hours to complete the deal that would have been a long time. Impressed with the whole experience to say the least. I recently bought a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Never in a million years did I think I would be driving it home. It's kind of like when you throw mud against the wall and see if it sticks. Lol Celeste and Eric were unbelievable! Celeste kept me informed at all times and really made me feel like I was a VIP. I was even having trouble with my insurance company and I knew she had to leave to pick up her daughter but, she never ever made me feel like it was a problem. She really encouraged me throughout the entire process and spoke of the many Ford F-150 she had. Well played Celeste, well played. You definitely made me a fan! Eric as well. Eric ended up getting me a better deal than originally anticipated. When it was finally time for me to pick up my truck I was on a job packing up and Eric insisted he would come back to the dealership after he had just left to go home to make sure I could get my truck. Honestly, I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships, I have NEVER experienced such a smooth, efficient, honest and kind process. The thought of even looking to buy another vehicle made me put it off for weeks and weeks because of the games that are usually played. These two were EXECEPTIONAL! I have no doubt my business will grow and flourish because of their help and kindness. And to whomever is reading this, your business is growing and flourishing because of associates like Celeste and Eric. They few and far between and I hope you appreciate them. Great buying/selling experience!
Josh and Celeste were both awesome. Negotiated a fair deal, was not low balled on my trade and they had everything done as quickly as possible. No last minute "we forgot to tell you about this cost" stuff that dealerships often try to pull - just good people to work with and made the process fun! I had to drive past three other Jeep Dealers to get to them but they earned my business!!

Avoid Vatland – Terrible Service and Zero Accountability

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vatland. Initially, the salesperson, Chris, was very friendly and communicative. However, the moment the vehicle was paid for, he completely disappeared.

On the first day of picking up the car—which was supposedly inspected for sale—I immediately noticed serious issues:
• A stuck door
• Abnormal vibrations in the transmission
• Rear brake problems

Clearly, the vehicle was never properly prepared for sale, despite their claims. Since then, Chris has completely ignored me, refusing to answer my calls and barely responding to texts. Worse, the general manager is doing the exact same thing.

I urgently need a replacement vehicle at their expense and for them to cover the necessary repairs, but they outright refuse to take responsibility and won’t even give me a clear response.

This is absolutely disgraceful customer service. No one should be treated this way. It’s impossible to communicate with them because they just ignore you. Avoid this place at all costs!

First of all, I want to say this is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from the Vatland dealerships. Unfortunately I found myself needing a new vehicle after an accident. We all know how much of a process it can be to get a new vehicle , dealing with salespeople, insurances etc. The team at this dealership make it such an easy and seamless process. There is no pressure and it is like shopping with a “family” member, they only want the best for you and don’t try to push your budget, time or comfort zone. Bruce was my salesman , very attentive, kind, CALM and professional. He kept in contact with me updating me when my car would be ready for pick up ( it needed a new caliper and because it was Audi it took a week to come in) I couldn’t recommend him more. Jill who is the wonderful, happy and refreshing person on the phone dealt with my calls ( I had to call a few times) never once did she seem frustrated or annoyed by my calls and questions and she is extremely knowledgeable. She is a true gem and is the perfect face of the business. And the finance team are amazing, big thank you to Cristian for everything he did and went above and beyond for me.
If you want a hassle free experience , no pressure, no nagging phone calls, come and see these guys .
