An oasis of luxe basics at reasonable prices.

I've been familiar with Velvet for a while through purchasing their stuff at Bloomingdale's, but considering how dreadful service there has been - at ALL their stores in NorCal, which is astonishing to me - i'm glad that Velvet set up shop at Stanford. It definitely beats hoofing it to the Fillmore.

On a weekday morning during COVID-19, it's not surprising that the store was empty. The store's manager, Rica, was helpful and fetched me sizes I needed plus chatted a bit about the brand and life in general during this whole event going on. Got my shirt, got on my way, and was the first purchase of the day. Hopefully things picked up after I left.

I would give them 0 score if I could. Ordered several items online and it turns out they sent less items than we ordered. Trying all the ways to contract them and they never replied to your issue. This is such a shame that this company has 0 customer services and they are trying to fraud you this way. Avoid this store if you can.
