My only complaint was that it was pouring, they did give me two ‘free’ reusable bags, I wasn’t offered a third, I would have paid, was given this pretty pink bag instead which ended up as mush by the time I walked to the car. It was pretty obvious that I have a visual disability, therefore I walk slower than rivers, it was pouring and I was trying to keep the items I just bought that were placed I. The pink bag, dry. I spent a lot if money. It was my first time at your outlet store and I was so happy to be there. But the getting my items disked part wasn’t.

MIKE & BRIDGETT at this location are AWESOME!! They were both kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products.

MIKE went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were searching for! When it turned out, the store didn’t have it… He had several suggestions that did the trick!

so i actually went there this weekend and i asked one of the girls there if they had more of the disney collection or just what they had on showcase . she told me that she did not and that they didn’t have anything else . the reason why i asked her was bc the lunch box on the showcase didnt have the minnie in the front and my cousin wanted the one with minnie on it because she saw it like that online. so she kept telling me that they didn’t have it bc it was a factory and they did not have the full line of the disney collection in that store. so i went and asked another one of the workers there because i saw there was two cabinets underneath the showcase of the disney collection and i asked her if she had anymore lunchboxes in the cabinet she said no. i was with my mom and i was like do u think they would say anything if i open it and my mom just told me to look . yet they had a whole cabinet FILLED with more of the disney collection . i found what i was looking for myself . i asked them first because i didn’t want to be rude and look thru sowmthing “i wasn’t supposed to” myself but when i asked the first girl she was already giving me an attitude. i just came to complain about how rude that was . i feel like a job is meant for you to help your customer and i just felt so uncomfortable.

I had the best experience shopping here, mitzy or missy (may be spelling wrong) went above and beyond to help me find the perfect backpack. She was so sweet and helped me look around the store for a backpack in a red or pink print. We didn’t have any luck but when she did find some in the back she gave me a phone call right away and even sent me pictures!! She seriously made my day and helped me to find the cutest valentines backpack. 10/10 recommend this location!!

The salespeople are amazing! The selection is good, but if they don't have what you want, they'll hunt it down for you. The store is clean, comfortable and cleverly placed close to all conveniences. What more could you ask for, except maybe a nap area?
I'll suggest that on my next visit.
