The staff was super friendly and patient. The two young adults who worked there were super helpful and one even went out of their way to get my mother the device she wanted in the exact color too by driving to another location close by to avoid time wasting. Such a sweetheart and I like how clean and simple the interior of the store looked.

I definitely recommend this store to any Verizon customer!

If I could give zero Stars I would. My uncle went in on Saturday to fix a problem with my aunt's phone. He is 82 years old and has heart issues. He asked the store clerk three or four times if he could use the restroom. He was denied. He is not threatening at all and shuffles his feet when he walks. He was denied using the restroom for over an hour and a half. He then began to feel weak and faint and an ambulance had to be called. He was taking to the emergency room. I understand the security breach but he is an 82 year old man who is non-threatening. Please train your clerks to have compassion and common sense. He was in the emergency room until 8:00 at night which could have easily been avoided if he was allowed to relieve himself. I'm disgusted at the lack of compassion and care.
