Definitely one of, if not THE ONE boutique in all of Cabazon I will purchase from. It's gonna be a hit & miss at an outlet location on finds you'd purchase & items that fit, but I've been buying here for over a decade; tops, bottoms, shoes, glasses, scarfs, watches, belts, jackets, bags & more .... I have so many items that I have to keep a seasonal wardrobe available & then store the rest until it's time to bring them out again. I always gotta stop & shop at this VERSACE, & I "almost" always buy. I'll be back again soon !!!

Ryan helped us an he made my experience wonderful found a pair of heels an he looked all over the store for my size an he really went out of his way for me an he FOUND ONE PAIR LEFT an holded it for me till I got there he needs to get a raise !!!!! So happy I met him I will so be comeing back you always feel welcome an thay have amazing stuff ?♥️♥️♥️♥️!!!

Unbelievable, there is 5 to 7 people inside and they made other 5 to stay outside for 20 minutes. None of us stayed. Horrible, no words

I had a nice experience. Even thought they don’t carry as much stuff as other stores, the service was phenomenal. Ryan did an amazing job servicing multiple clients while remaining respectful, friendly and funny. I would love to see more people with that energy. I’ll come back later for more stuff.

Into yours I went into your store today at about 220 to buy myself. A birthday present pulled off the freeway, especially to come in not one associate said hello. No one asked to help me the store was not full. I tried to call back to tell the manager I was put on hold and then hung up on, my own a business and I cannot believe the customer service I will not be back

Based on other reviews and sites, I can tell this store has terrible business practices and will gaslight their customers when any mistake is made on their behalf. I live outside the state and ordered a Red shirt, they sent me photos of it looking Red, and they me a Pink shirt. That store manager was continuously gaslighting me saying it was Pink and I was aware of it. He made the exception for an exchange to salvage the sale and when I ordered other items with an additional $400 of items, I clarified with the sales associate to send it to the same address on my profile and that the last package was sent to. The package was sent to the wrong address and blamed it on me. It truly disgusts me that this store has treated me and other customers so incredibly poorly. I have shopped at Versace online, outlet stores, and full priced stores for years and never have I ever been made to feel inadequate and feel so ashamed to have given a store my business.

The store doesn’t honor their prices and refuses to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I ordered a tote to ship out of state. The store sent me a payment link, which I paid within minutes and received confirmation. They later told me that when I bought the tote, they had an issue with their system even though my payment went through. They said the price increased significantly in the last few days and they will cancel my transaction. Bottom line, I had bought the tote and paid the advertised price at the time of purchase. I shouldn’t be penalized for their own failure to complete processing whether it was system failures or otherwise. Deceptive and unprofessional practices!

Be aware of the scam cashiers doing in this store. They overcharge all the time!!!

I bought a pair of shoes. The sticker price was $400, the price on the box was $400, I asked before I paid how much? A guy said $400. I didn't check the total price before I gave them my credit card because I couldn't even imagine that high end store can do scams!

When I get home I realized they charged me more. At first I thought it's just a mistake. But then I found many reviews online how they overcharge customers all the time! I tried to call them 100 times they never pick up the phone.

So double check how much they charge you before you pay!

That's sad that such a famous brand let their employees do this kinda scam .
