Go elsewhere! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Victoria’s Secret. When I needed to use the changing rooms, there was no staff available to assist. I had to wait for the front door host to leave their post just to unlock the fitting room for me, which is a serious inconvenience for customers. To make matters worse, the lighting fixtures in the store were covered in dust—a clear oversight in cleaning and a potential fire hazard.

At checkout, there was only one person at the cash wrap, resulting in long waits for everyone in line. Even worse, there was no one on the floor to help with measurements or assist customers in finding what they needed. It was evident that this location was severely understaffed, which led to an abysmal shopping experience. The lack of service and attention to detail was unacceptable for a store of this caliber. This kind of neglect reflects poorly on the brand, and I’m reconsidering future visits.

Loved the Store but hated the experience. It amazes me how a person of color will treat another while shopping in an establishment. I felt more helped and more appreciated by the white manager who asked if i needed assistance.

Not sure about their merchandise. I only stocked up on underwear. They have 2 tables full so good selection. I ordered my most recent bras on Amazon via the Victoria's secret shop on prime day! Most places don't have a lot of bras for big breasts! 34 F to H is hard to find.

It's OK for the location. Customer service wasn't great. The clerk could have been more helpful. She just pointed in the direction I needed to go! Instead of taking me to that area. Good customer service is so hard to find!
