All 3 pools were closed down once again due to the lack of maintenance. Office people are rude and do absolutely nothing. Lot fees out of control. They don't even deserve one star. We definitely need new management.

Management office very disappointing, after calling for 8 Months about a return of deposit after my parents passed away and we vacated their unit, leaving numerous messages, and even emailing, no one ever responded! Finally had to take off work and go in person to find out out in person. Something so easily taken care of that could’ve been handled by a simple returned call. They only respond when it suits there needs

I have lived here for seven years and do like the park and the people (most of them) I completely agree about the manager. Mean, vindictive and very unprofessional. There is a big rut in the street in front of my home that has not been fixed in about two years but she was able to make a nice roadway to her parking place ripping up a nice part of the entrance. I had complained numerous times about a resident that was loitering in the clubhouse . Bathing, cooking and pretty much living there during the day. I was told he was within his rights. Oddly he was recently evicted and arrested so perhaps I was right all along. Was very hesitant posting this as I am sure I will face some sort of retribution. Good luck is you decide to move here.

Wonderful new home here!! Friendly neighbors, friendly management. Only down side is lawn maintenance! They need to mow more often, and the brush pile is over looked by the daily brush guy at our home. off to management office to inquire how to resolve this only issue.

Visitor to a bazaar, not a resident, but could see the grounds and speak to an owner. The home owner was very pleasant as well as all of the volunteers at this event. This is a very large community of mobile homes. If you attend next year wear comfortable shoes and see items from cloths to household items at good prices and have lunch too. However, it was uncomfortably crowded. Getting to merchandise was not easy; getting through to the vendor tables was very difficult; having a bite to eat was impossible. The experience was more of a free-for-all. Too much jammed into the space provided. Probably will not return.

GCD is wrong. This is a great community with lots to offer. If you get the chance to know people and become their friends instead of enemies you will find life is a pleasure in Village Green. There are 3 pools and 3 clubhouses and many residents who enjoy these amenities!!! Rents are high but we have lots to offer. Come and see for yourself. Nothing is perfect so I gave 4 stars. Always room for improvement.

Considered buying in there until I was told the lot fees was almost a 1000 and you had to pay your water on top of it. Not only that you had to trim your own trees. Management doesn't return calls and I just saw a loose loose situation.
