⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting & Unsanitary

I would never recommend eating at Village Inn in Zephyrhills after our experience on March 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The restaurant was filthy, and the lack of cleanliness was beyond unacceptable.

🔴 Roach droppings were on our seat and table—a clear sign of a major pest problem.
🔴 The kitchen smelled absolutely horrible, and from what we could see when the door opened, it looked disgusting and unsanitary.
🔴 Elderly customers were allowing their dogs to run freely around the restaurant floor, which is a major health code violation.
🔴 When we politely brought our concerns to the manager, he rudely stated that he did not care—zero professionalism or concern for customer safety.

This place clearly does not care about food safety, sanitation, or customer experience. I have pictures to prove how disgusting this place is. I highly urge the health department to inspect this restaurant immediately! Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk your health!

I attended a networking event there. The front receptionist was really helpful she showed me where the event was happening. The waitress who helped our group was really nice and understanding. All in all, it was a great experience, considering it was my first in-person networking, and the venue was wonderful!

My family and I stopped here for brunch and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. Our server Liz was excellent and had a great sense of humour.
I highly recommend the avocado toast and eggs. It was absolutely delicious.
Will definitely visit again next year during our travels.

This is a great place that we visited. Great service, awesome food and very good value. We were happy to have our breakfast there when visiting from New Jersey and doing our video shoots in the area.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shannon during our recent visit, and she truly made our experience unforgettable. Despite managing several tables, she never let us feel unattended. As visitors from New York, we felt right at home, thanks to her warm hospitality. Shannon is by far the sweetest and most attentive server we've ever encountered. As an Airbnb host myself, I can appreciate the level of care she provided. I highly recommend Village Inn —ask for Shannon; you won’t be disappointed!

The pie is terrible. I used to get my holiday pies here, but not anymore. The pie was an absolute mess. The breakfast was okay! Perkins has way better pies. When they have free pie day, you're not as limited on selection either.

I ordered take out, pot roast dinner with a side salad and a slice of pie. The lady that took my phone order was super nice. When I arrived to pick up my food , I nearly fell over when my total was 35.00 for a meal for one person! When I looked at my food I saw that the 6 carrots looked like they were just slung in the take out container, the pot roast was a one bite wonder. The side salad I was charged $10.00, for lettuce and sliced egg. The pie was a half slice. The food was tasty. But way to expensive for just one person and it looked like a kids plate

I had the vegetable skillet with pancakes and it was very tasty. I took half of ur home for tomorrow. Liz was my waitress and she delivered great service. I found her to be the most efficient waitress I've ever seen and was still friendly and smiled. 😊👍
