I have gone in Debbie’s store many times and I have even told people about what nice stuff she had in her store. I also have three separate friends who go into see her because I told them about the store. She is a good sales person, to the point of where she will talk you into buying something sometimes that you don’t even want or doesn’t fit you right. This happened to me. After spending Several hundred dollars in her store over the past year, I finally took some merchandise back because They broke as soon as I tried to use them. I called her on the phone when I got back from my sons wedding and told her about it and explained that I had thrown the receipt away. She told me not to worry about it, to just bring the stuff back in and she would give me a store credit. My husband went in there today to return the items that Debbid and I had discussed over the phone And she belittled my husband. She told him she never told me she would return them and that because there was no receipt she would not give him anything in return, not even a store credit. She was very loud and rude to my husband and told him that she did not need our business. She said a whole Lotta other stuff but I cannot tell it all here. My husband ended up walking out with the bracelet she gave him that is nowhere near my taste or very nice for that matter. You really see a person‘s true colors when you try to return an item and Debi is the person I will never deal with again! I will also advise my friends And my local neighbors about this as I think it’s very poor customer service!

Vincanna's is one of the most wonderful shops in Cocoa Village, Cocoa FL. Owner, Debbie Melvin shares fabulous vintage styles with clothing, hats and accessories. Debbie also makes fabulous scented lotions, potions and soaps that make you just want to linger and shop in a time gone by. If I could, I would give Vincanna's Vintage Emporium 10 stars!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop! We went there and found this lil' gem on one of the side streets! Adorable NEW vintage looking hats and clothes! The owner Debbie.... WONDERFUL!!
