The Vineyard Vines store at Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall offers a great selection of items, especially if you’re a fan of the brand like I am. I was out shopping with my friend Travis and the world’s cutest dog, Steven Spielberg, when we decided to stop in. The sales were impressive, and the store itself is beautifully designed and well-appointed. However, my experience was somewhat disappointing as I wasn’t greeted or offered any assistance during my 15-minute visit. Despite this, I still purchased a pair of shorts and a tennis shirt because I like the brand. It was a strange experience, but the products themselves are still solid.

• Keep in mind that most of shirts are designed to be displayed and are different comparing to the -regular store-
• Staff is great (usually)
• Normally they don’t have stickers (pink regular stickers) so keep it in mind if your purchase is related to them

Michael was kind and handled things well. The day before, the manager, Carlin, was disrespectful and couldn't handle my coupon application properly. I've been here a lot since this store opened, but I never seen anyone good at work as Michael. Employees have never handled coupon at once. Thank you, Michael. Merry Christmas!

Complete disappointment! We were beyond thrilled to see a Vineyard going up near us. We have shopped the brand for years!!! The particular store was rude, unprofessional & unorganized. This store needs some major improvements in the way of basic customer service. I guess we will continue to shop on line.
