Absolutely easiest venue rental I've dealt with. Quick response from owner. Beautiful building and extremely nice and easy to work with. After-party inspections were quick and deposits returned expediently. Would definitely use again.

Vintage on 1st is simply charming and elegant, you add add an air of sophistication when you host your event here! My clients have all been very with the venue, pricing and location but most importantly you can’t help but gush about the owners! If you are anywhere near the 20 East Corridor, this is the home for all your future events!

First of all, let me just say how amazing the owners are. They were able to accommodate us A DAY before my sisters baby shower due to another venue cancelling on us. The venue itself was exquisite, clean, all around 10/10. Definitely recommend for any event. Will be using them in the future!

Excellent staff, services and pricing. I had to find a space for a post funeral gathering a month ago. Found/called several vendors. I picked Vintage for 3 reasons. Firstly, someone answered the phone on 1st call. Secondly, they have full service packages(chairs, tables, food catering, everything). Third; pricing(they're VERY reasonable). My future out of home events shall be held at Vintage, without question.
