Ms.Jolene (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she was amazing and great service too.🤩 I just started my business and had no clue what to start with and she gave me great tips I really appreciate it. She has really good prices for her products as well. It started raining and she offered her umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. If I could give 10 stars I would. I can’t wait to go back again.

Called all day, no answer then decided to just drive over there to pick up some vinyl. The lady there was very nice but didn’t know anything about vinyl and said she would have the person that knows how to cut and price the vinyl call me. Took a drive over there for nothing and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I normally just order from Amazon but needed a roll today and couldn’t wait for shipping. Was hoping this would be my new go to place.

I am BEYOND disappointed in this place. I recently started two new business that use vinyl - one permanent and the other heat transfer - so I wanted to find a local shop that was affordable since Cricut is so expensive. The first time I went to the shop, I purchased heat transfer vinyl and the experience was pretty pleasant, hence why I decided to go a second time for permanent vinyl. I called before heading out to check the store hours and make sure I get there on time. The store hours on Google say they close at 5PM, on Instagram 4:30PM, but I was informed they were closing at 4PM that day - weird but anyways, I decide to go the next day. So I get there the next day and there’s a sign on the door that says they will be back at a certain time. Luckily, I only live 10 minutes away. So I drive back home and ask them to let me know when the shop is open again. So about an hour and a half later when they reopen, I get there and the owner is super friendly, as always. I specifically ask for oracle vinyl - since it’s the only one that actually sticks to the material of the cup I use. She tells me no problem and we pick out the colors I want. She checks me out and when I get to my house I notice I was charged $2.25 instead of the $1.19 as started on the website. When I message her to ask about the price she tells me that Oracle told her there was a price difference, which is understandable. It’s been a few days and I’ve began using multiple of the colors I purchased and I just noticed that out of the 14 colors I purchased, only 3 are Oracle - which I has clearly stated I needed all to be - 2 are Starcraft (horrible) and the other 9 her “own brand” or vinyl that does NOT work on my materials. Overall, it’s safe to say I will not be coming back.

so I've been doing business with Vinyl Bliss over two years now, Recently I placed an order July 22nd
here it is October I still haven't received my package, I've called, emailed as well DM on Instagram and they have ignored me but read the message.
This company is very unprofessional and I want everyone to know they stole my money.
I'm a single mom of two children and every dollar I have I need so this made me very furious because I wasn't able to work and fulfill orders thanks to Vinyl bliss horrible customer service.
I will never do business with them again.

Jolene was friendly and patient in helping us with a last minute order. Keep in mind, this is all her, how she manages to do the jobs of 5 different people is crazy to me. We’ll continue to get our vinyl from here.

Amazing amazing amazing!! This place is a crafters disney world and customer service is exceptional!!!!!!!!! I am so happy I was recommended Vinyl Bliss and even happier that I was able to visit them today!!!! I went, I saw, I was amazed and will be back to get more goodies! Thank you for the amazing experience and customer service! If you have not been to vinyl bliss then I suggest you get there ASAP!!!!!!!!!

I love their prices and product and have ordered several times, but I will not order again. I placed an order in April and had to jump through to finally get my order shipped, there was excuse after excuse but I did finally get it. I ordered again on 9/13/21 and still have not heard anything about my order. They do not respond to emails or messages on their Facebook page

Their customer service is horrible! You can only get a hold of someone if you actually go in person. No one responds to left messages, DM’s nor emails. I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve called multiple times, sent multiple DM’s, and have sent emails and no response. Mind you the moneys has been discounted from my account over a month ago and still no order has been received! It’s ridiculous and super unprofessional!!!
