It is so nice to have a formal wear shop in this town! The customer service was amazing, and there were many dresses to choose from. Don't see what you like? No worries, there are catalogs you can browse through to find the perfect dress for your event (and they measure you, so you don't have to blindly purchase online if you're not entirely sure of which size would fit you best). They offer men's attire as well! Please shop local and keep this small business alive!!

Vista Formal is THE spot to get stunning dresses for prom, or rent a tux for a wedding, in Sierra Vista. Most of us locals know that, but did you know they also host really flippin’ fun events? Neither did we! Check out the events and get fantastic attire for it at the same time! We recommend both!

Extremely rude customer service today zero plans on ever coming back and taking my money else where after being asked if I was ever going to buy something or was my daughter playing dress up! This was her first high school dance shopping and she was excited this place completely ruined her experience today went to Dillard's and was treated way better! I'll be letting everyone I know just how rude you were too!

The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is simply because the store is small with limited space, so the inventory is somewhat confined to formals. However, beautiful dresses, competitive pricing, and they provide a good variety of sizes for all figures of women. One thing I absolutely love about their business model: they strive to transcend a mere formal wear store, and they host events regularly to give people a special occasion to dress up for, like the Father - Daughter dance. This month they are hosting a special Mother - Daughter Tea. They try to get the mall and the city community involved in formal but festive affairs, and I commend them for that.

I received this dress fast, had it altered there, and I was beyond happy with the service and communication to make my day special! And the Tux turned out amazing for him! He rented it, it came in on time, and looks great, measurements were correct!

Edit to their response: I have screenshots of Facebook messages asking for proof of contact or trying to contact me. NOT ONCE have they said sure come pick up. I informed them I live in Tucson and I can’t travel to Sierra vista because of work. They have said they emailed and contacted me I told them to screenshot me proof they can’t even give a response. So no they will say I signed a contract but they didn’t keep their end on communication to not even emailing me like it said pictures of the dress and how it was posted it was THEIR fault for doing it incorrectly because they typed my email address wrong and they STILL get it wrong!!

Don't go here! They will simply blame you and only you for everything wrong. They also don't honor their word. I've complained several times they can repeat the 90 day contract until I'm blue in the face but can't show screenshots that they have ever emailed me like they said they have.
