Visited this location today looking for a specific perfume. Kaitlyn in fragrance helped me. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Although they did not have what I wanted, she lead me to all the latest fragrances. I ended up purchasing a new fragrance and love the scent! Thank you Kaitlyn! I'll be returning.

This is the ONLY department store that is full service. Upscale options and good sales. This is the best service anywhere and the best lines of clothing and shoes.

I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)

I took my daughter before leaving Birmingham to go home. We had a wonderful time especially while looking around in Von Maur. I absolutely love every piece of clothing in the women's department especially the dresses!

This is the shop of surprises. Marvelous surrounding and ambiance plus a real piano player. Thinking i could not afford anything but they were not shy promoting their sales. I found three pairs of good looking boots at a great price.
