I highly recommend doing the fast pass on their website if you could. Uploading the documents online and having them reviewed ahead of time is a huge time saver.

I came in early for my dropoff appointment, and in less than an hour the whole process was completed. I made sure to follow the guidelines on the video on their website. I didn't go to a detailer but I made sure that my car was clean inside and outside. Didn't have any problem whatsoever.

Was told to wash my car when it had a very very thin layer of dust and vacuum up micro specks UNDER the rear floor mat. The vehicle was cleaned 2 days prior thoroughly....utterly ridiculous the first inspector. It was a female inspector that looked like she hated her job and her life. I understand rules but I'm also not an uptight idiot who cannot decipher between logic and stupidity.

FOLLOW DIRECTIONS-- IN/OUT, EASY PEASY!
So first let me give a huge 👍🏽 to Mariah- she was great,! Very professional, as were the other workers at this location. She was my processor. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions. I was very apprehensive due to some of the reviews. HOWEVER, all the directions and rules are provided, in advance. If you, as the shipper, do not accomplish your 'due diligence' then your appointment may not go so great. These vehicle processor do not make the rules, they just enforce them. Our cars are going on ships, for weeks. Ships have critters that thrive on crumbs. Not to mention, other country rules and requirements to not introduce foreign sources to their land. I appreciate the fact they hold everyone to the standard.
My old 2006 Corolla made it through, no issues. It took some extra times as the exterior shows it's age, Mariah was patient and annotated everything.
Definitely recommend the FASTPASS. I submitted all my paperwork ahead of my schedule. They notified me of a couple items blurry/ missing. I updated and when I got there, all was ready to go.
Overall great experience -- seems many of the bad reviews were "operator error".

They do too much, and if your car’s isn’t spotless don’t even bother, the lightskin guy that inspected my car was high, they want car’s show ready and are condescending towards Service Members. They should be taught professional customer service

Went to go pick up my vehicle, and while doing all the paperwork, the worker tells me that’s my clutch don’t engage. We proceed and he takes me back to look at my car. It’s parked in the furthest spot wich I thought was strange. I hop in my car and verify my clutch does not engage. I file my claim and they disagreed with my claim stating it’s a “mechanical issue”. My vehicle was completely fine when I turned it in, now when picking up it’s not. They should be liable for the damage done. Who knows what they did to the vehicle. This place cannot be trusted…

I am only speaking about turning-in vehicles. Disregard the negative reviews. Trust me, those are the people who didn’t follow the instructions and didn’t do their due diligence. Mine only took about 45 minutes, and I never had any issues; everything went smoothly. Remember to clean your car, especially the interior, and ensure the carpet is dry. Have all the required documents with you, and you should be good.

Surprisingly efficient for a vehicle delivery/drop off place. My experience was on picking up I don’t know how efficient they are with drop offs which are a way more complicated business l, but I have no complaints on the part of the process they helped me out with. Also, they have a kids area for your little ones while you wait for your vehicle, that’s always a plus for many people.

I actually just finished my vehicle turn-in for storage. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I called ahead on the day of my appointment and asked if I could drop my car off an hour sooner and they happily assisted me. I sent all my paperwork to them via email about 3 weeks before my appointment and they confirmed it was all in order (would HIGHLY recommend you do this). I cleaned my car and drove it a bit to get to the 1/4 tank. When I showed up, the process from beginning to end took maybe 40 minutes? I’m not sure where all the other bad ratings come from, but I had no issues with mine or my wife’s cars.
