Wagz has been amazing with our Goldendoodle Bailee - We have had a couple of long trips and I love being able to see her pictures on FB and keep up with how much fun she is having. Our 3 black labs LOVE wagz!!! We have tried other places and there is absolutely no comparison. Our babies come home exhausted with the biggest smiles on their faces. They absolutely love wagz!!!

Dogs came home happy. They let our 2 dogs stay together, which we really appreciated. It was the first overnight stay for our Havanese & they said she was excited to be with our Doberman. As our Doberman got older, she developed several health issues that the staff handled wonderfully.

Misleading pricing information. We picked our pet up a day early before 10:00 and told them the day before. When we picked him up him before 10:00 the next day, the person at the front desk said we would only be charged for 3 days, however we were still charged for 4 days and the owner would not refund the extra day that he was not there. Also, when I booked the stay, nothing was mentioned about this, only about the deposit for the holiday.

Needless to say, after taking our pet there many times in the past, we may find another boarder.

I called Wagz this morning in a desperate state. My grandfather is passing away, and I was trying to catch a flight to go say my goodbyes. Pretty much every other boarding facility I had tried told me they were completely full. I called Wagz, explained my situation, and asked if there was any availability to board my dog for the weekend, starting tomorrow. The owner of Wagz, Silver, responded, “We will find a way to make availability for her! I am so so sorry for your situation.” Her kindness toward me and her compassion for the situation brought me to tears. I couldn’t believe a complete stranger was willing to help me in my time of need. Although my dog did not end up staying at Wagz, solely because her vet office (which is much closer to my home) called with a last-minute cancellation for boarding, I have no doubts that the staff at Wagz are excellent at what they do. Their level of customer service was extraordinary! I would have no concerns with my dog staying there for boarding or day care in the future.
