Very rude supervisor. Very rude service! Went here purchase a snow chain for spare. At the self-checkout after insert credit card.a girl came told me the item cannot return. I ask her to help me cancel the transaction. She DID help me to confirm the transaction. And said. See.you Can't return it! Then an older lady said you can't return it as there's a no return sign at the auto section. I didn't notice that at all. I went to service desk ask help. The older lady came with me said she is the supervisor and they won't return it for me.blabla....l called Walmart support. The representative check the item number and told me the item Can be return in 90 day at any Walmart store! Don't come to this store. They Just want to rob you and treat customer like idiot!

Update: went another Walmart store at industry California. Refuse to return. Good job Walmart! Spent thousands of dollars of purchasing from you every year.
But Won't purchase anything from you! No Walmart !

The workers there are the friendliest.checkout is quick self check out is faster.they follow you around to make sure you don't steel from there store..that's what I don't like about my favorite wal mart. They need to stop that nonsense...

Awful automotive department. Had to return a battery purchased online that didn’t arrive on time. Associate couldn’t determine that it was brand new because of terminal marks after being tested on my car. Only purchased 2 days prior. I promise they aren’t going to deduct it from your check. The chino manager accepted and determined it to be fine within 3 seconds WITHOUT a tester.

Want socks? Better be ready to press the button to call someone to come and unlock them. Eye care products something but they have to take it up to cash register can't even take it up yourself.

Store was nice. However, I had to use self check out. The machine would not produce a paper receipt. The only option was a text. The problem with that is I was acosted at the door for a receipt. This is why I rarely shoot at Walmart.
