Stopped on way to Jacksonville and
found it to be about average for walmart. Face it they are a big company with many employees.
Are they taking advantage of their customers by over pricing due to
"high inflation" probably, but not as
much as some. If we don't like it
we can shop elsewhere. Groceries at ALDIS or Save a lot, merchandise at
Amazon etc. Personally I tolerate Walmart because overall it is about
as good as we can get, and we need
as much competition as possible for
those other stores.

Had to return a clearance item and my receipt had gotten wet so it was blank. Customer service representative was very helpful and patient. She found a way to get me my money back after several minutes of trying different cards and finally using a picture of the receipt I had in another app. 🙂

Our experience with this Walmart over the past 5 years has mainly been negative, especially when it involves management. They do have some great employees - but there are exceptions. Recently while at the self checkout we had a Walmart employee named "Connie" accuse us of attempting to steal several times, and she insulted my Asian wife to her face. We spend on average 500.00 a week at this Walmart and this is how we are treated? I'm considering wearing a personal recording device from now on, and start posting our experiences on Youtube and Rumble. Maybe the store manager, Mr. Dunn will do something about Connie? Never going to happen. Connie acts like she is in charge of Mr. Dunn's personal little Geheime Staatspolizei. My wife believes Connie singled us out because she is Asian, and that may be true. Of about a dozen or so people in checkout including illegal aliens, we were targeted by Connie.

Prices are getting out of control. Things I regularly get are no longer there. I could go on and on. But what's the use. Walmart sucks. I would rather go to Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries and Marshalls and Bealls for non food items. Next trip definitely not going to Walmart.

Some people get weird or give you strange looks in the afternoons if you're a minority. It's like they can smell it on you. We started going in the morning or evening just to avoid it.

I give this Walmart one star because of a person who is at the checkout, asking my companion for ID, he is Latino but they shouldn't have racist people at the checkout, they should have them at the back in the warehouse, it's a bad look that there are people serving . Bad experience.

A este walmmart, le doy una estrella, por una persona que está en caja, pidiendo ID a mi acompañante, es latino pero no deben de tener personas racistas en caja, deberían de tenerlas al fondo en bodega, es mal aspecto que esten personas atendiendo. Mala experiencia.
