It’s a fairly small shopping plaza so parking is very limited especially on weekends with the night market

Not many shops and restaurants.
This Plaza has very little choices of shops and restaurants. It is mainly a fitness center with a few fast food restaurants and a gas station. There are a few other businesses, but they are not for you to enjoy shopping and eating.
I go to this shopping center is because of the big 24 Hours Fitness, which takes half of its total space. I don't feel the need to buy any food or other things there, since I don't see any attractive and interesting stores for me to stop by, unless when I am really hungry.
The parking is usually plenty and convenient however.

Parking lot continues to get trashed and no preventive maintenance. Since 24hrs moved in parking lot has seen an increase in traffic with no repairs if the aging lot. Some parking spots are used for outdoor dining which is great and shouldn't be removed but the parking lot itself should be repaired and cleaned up.

The parking has homeless people all over it, is dirty run down the sewer lines smell right up in front of the restaurants. The parking spaces are smaller than compact should be, I have a Yaris and it it's not even fit between the lines, I am on the lines.

Lots of stores in the plaza including eateries and Kin healing academy. There is XLB dim sum bar that looks interesting. There is also a dog spa. Lunchtime it gets pretty crowded but there's plenty of parking if you dont mind walking.

It's a safe neighborhood to be around plus there's 24 hour fitness there.There's also a sushi restaurant in the plaza too. It's very diverse with the different shops it has too.
