Walked into Walt’s after viewing some of their vehicles online my husband and I were there to just look at some of their vehicles because the online pricing seemed too good to be true. When we arrived there was one lady at the desk and a young man. The young man didn’t miss a beat he. Was several desk further away from us than the young lady and instantly greeted us. We sat we looked at cars we test drove and ultimately purchased a vehicle from Walt’s! If you want great prices go to Walt’s if you want immaculate customer service and to feel like you’re hanging out in the living room with family rather than a what could be a stressful car buying experience ASK FOR AARON FOUNTAIN!!! He is the Best Sales man I’ve dealt with!!! Such a great personality, not pushy and thorough! He ensured we received everything we needed and wanted as well as a great price and payment within our range!!! Go see Aaron you will not be disappointed!

Honestly had a terrible experience today at this dealer ! Walked in to check out their challenger when I was greeted by a very unprofessional sales guy answering personal calls in front of me, also sales managers taking forever to give me some numbers while chit chatting and eating lunch instead of helping me out and also the challenger was dead and empty when we went to go test drive it 😂😂 could it get any worse ? Idk but I'm surely never going there again ! Tell you what I've had such a better experience at the valdosta dodge I'm never coming here again. New dealer looks nice tho that's why I gave it 2 stars.

So disappointed. I've only ever had my diesel maintained at a dealer. Recently both batteries died and i let the tow truck driver suggest this dealer over the one in LakeCity. Paid double for the battery replacement AND a week later my turbo went out. Found a portion of a screwdriver in it. Presumably dropped during the battery replacement. Dealer takes no blame. Says they dont use that brand of tools in their shop. I guess they buy all their mechanics tools. And the customer gets the shaft.

Only taking 1 star away because they were a bit understaffed (probably because it was a Saturday) and it took 7ish hours to finish everything up. The staff that were there were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they care about their jobs and enjoy working there! They problem solved all issues that came up and had so much patience with the process as well since there we did have a lot of questions that came up with the vehicle we found online that we drove there for. The hurricane did affect this dealership but they were still up and running. I look forward to seeing their new location.
