Absolutely would not use this business again. I also thought it was a great lil place. Until we shipped out a package through them, sent through FEDEX. It never arrived, tracking shows it stayed a a facility and never moved again. 1st I contacted FEDEX, they investigated and said they exhausted resources to find the package and to contact Packandship. I left a message for the owner, no call back from 4 days, I called again, he was of course not available. So 5 days later I finally get a call back only to say that they had to contact FEDEX to get my money back ( But they tell you the package has insurance on it ) so fast forward like 2 more weeks and he emails me to say FEDEX denied the claim… Yet FEDEX said to contact Tommy at pack and ship 🤷🏼‍♀️ So they tell you your items are insured yet they are not. Included is the email from FEDEX then the email from pack and ship. Zero accountability
