Cute little shop in the perfect location! They have some unique Amelia Island swag and great gift options. Rachel is always so helpful and inviting! She recommended the snicker doodle cookie with salted caramel ice cream sandwich and now I crave it weekly! Love bringing my kids in for a special treat! Definitely recommend stopping by when you're in the area!

Cute little shop selling prepackaged nuts and shortbread cookies, but we come here for the ice cream cookie sandwiches. They are massive and delicious! Definitely a hidden gem here in Fernandina
Four stars because I personally prefer super creamy (and probably higher fat LOL) ice cream but the cookie sandwich feature keeps us coming back. The cookies are the perfect mix of chewy and crunchy with just the right amount of add ins!
You get to choose your cookie and your ice cream.
Others we got were double chocolate cookie with mint ice cream, chocolate chip cookie and cookie dough ice cream, and chocolate chip cookie with chocolate ice cream. All were devoured instantly by my happy kids!
The cookie sandwiches were $5.95 each.

Had a great time at an excellent I've cream and gift shop. The homemade cookies turn into ice cream sandwiches are the highlight. Service was excellent, and unlike most tourist trap store there was plenty of room to maneuver and enjoy their other offerings.

Watanut has the best ice cream sandwiches! My spouse and I were planning to split a sandwich (double chocolate chip cookies with mint chocolate chip ice cream) and the store associate cut it in half for us. 😎 Can't wait to come back and try the strawberry ice cream on sugar cookies.

A must stop for the handmade ice cream sandwich cookie!! We had the oatmeal with salted caramel ice cream. It was some of the best cookies and ice cream we have had!!!
