Bakery is hardly ever stocked with bagels on the weekends past 10 am. They often say they're " short-staffed " or that the bagels person called in sick. Staff are irritable and seem unwilling to help. The only recent weekend day that was different was last Saturday when they had a tour of the store by corporate bosses.

Went to wegmans today to get a cake. Bought it and on my way home noticed something black on the strawberry, checked it closely and it was a 🐛 WORM i was chocked went back to customer service to return the lady was looking like she couldn’t see it then realised that it is a worm she looks at me and say you want to exchange or return i said exchange with something not containing fruits she said go ahead and grab what you want i said do i have to get in line again she said yes. I am extremely chocked by her behaviour as if i was returning something normal she didn’t even apologise for what happened nor express that they would be more thorough with the fruit washing process. Unforunfortunately WEGMANS is the only store open on thanksgiving otherwise i would have never purchased again from them. You guys need to work on your customer service.

Very good wine selections. They have Japanese sake, too. Always fresh products with very clean store. And best grocery store sushi. Fresh baked goods are really tasty, too. Love Wegmans.

I’m not usually impressed by many grocery stores, but this Wegman’s is pretty awesome. It’s big and has a little, or a lot, of everything. There is a deli with all kinds of food you can purchase and eat in the store. They have an incredible selection of cheeses and beers. The produce selection was very good too. If you’re in the Woodbridge area check it out; you won’t be disappointed!

It's such an amazing store with so many varieties if you don't mind spending more than your regular store. Their wine and beer selections might be the best I have ever seen for a grocery store chain bar none. Let's not forget all the amazing looking pies and the bakery area! If organic is your thing, then this place might just have it all. The only thing I could find wrong was that it's more expensive to shop here than other stores. The store is so well done that each section, like the bakery and whatnot each, feels like their own little store. Like when you are shopping in those areas, I felt like I was in a wine store or bakery store as the layout and options are by far some of the best I've experienced in any grocery chain. They also have fresh whole lobsters that you can pick out of their tank, and the vibe of the store felt more warm and welcoming. It's night and day walking in here compared to a food lion.

08/17/2024- The family visited Wegman’s in Woodbridge, stopping at the Pick up carry out area, before we went to an underwater swim 🏊‍♂️ photo shoot. I ordered 5pc chicken tenders and potatoe wedges. My daughter ordered 🍣 Sushi and potatoe wedges. We were hungry! The Wegman2Go app stated that the staff team could not find our car. We ended up calling into the store to identify ourselves. The food came immediately after the call. Yum! Yum! Yum! The food was piping hot and fresh! Loved it!

It was 8pm when I hoped to get a nice steak combo as always you guys displayed Unfortunately all I Got to see employees were cleaning the display trays. Seriously? The message I got was: Get what you see and get the FHEck out! Not a good response. 😕 Not the 1st time either! Maybe you, the Decision Maker People 🤔 can if you really capable of, Improve the process!

I'm from MN, so visiting this VA grocery store this week (March 4-11,2023) is a treat! We got these sweet, pink inside, $6.99 for 5#, as advertised, clementines, but once we got home, we realized they failed on portrayal. The stand they were displayed on, was not truthful! We ended up eating half of them before realizing they weren't sweet/what we thought they'd be! FYI: the slices of cake are $5.00, we had white cake, but should have tried something with flavor. My MIL had carrot cake - YUM! The flowers were gorgeous! We got 2 small bags of groceries for $80. Zoinks! Def a place just for a treat.
