Took my precious Jackson to Well Groomed Pets today and had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely friendly and caring, the facilities are very clean which made me feel confident about leaving my dog in their care. Being updated to the progress in his appointment was a wonderful thing as well. The pics tell the story…thanks guys for a great first experience and we look forward to our next.

We were pleased with our first visit to Well Groomed Pets! Our groomer had transferred there after her previous establishment in Palmetto closed due to retirement. She’s very excited to be working there, and we are definitely happy with her, so that’s the best reason we went there!! However, what a pleasant surprise to have the whole staff be so friendly , and the way their business is run “top-notch “.
Definitely would recommend trying them… they will treat your sweet pups like their own.

I wanted to try this place because it’s closer to my house and had good reviews; even though they were significantly more expensive than the groomers I’ve been using. I came away disappointed as they trimmed way too much on his hind side, and rightfully apologized as soon as I came to pick him up.

For the price and quality, I’ll be going elsewhere in future.

The Facility is cute, clean, bright and smells great. The receptionist Keyaa is always welcoming, friendly and sweet. My dog Liam has to get his nails trimmed every three weeks and he does not like it at all. Lauren Benge always does a fantastic job and is so patient with my boy. He had a bath and cut a few months ago as well, I was very pleased. They even send pics of him to my phone, before, during and after. Love this! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and loving grooming experience. Great prices too!

Amazing service & experience. Groomer went over the details of what I wanted beforehand and I was incredibly pleased with how my dog looked after it was all said and done. I have a Bernedoodle and it’s hard to find groomers who can do a good job - this place exceeded my expectations. Also, they text you with updates and photos throughout the process which was so nice and reassuring. Facility is safe and clean, and if you just want to sit and watch you can see through the windows which is also so reassuring. Owner was super friendly and nice as well.

This was the BEST experience we’ve ever had with a groomer. Everyone was so attentive and sweet! They even gave us tips on how to help our new puppy adjust to her grooming routine. So glad we found them. Will not go anywhere else for our girls! Thank you ladies!! 🙂
