Great place to eat. Had Philly steak sandwich, and it was really good, soft bread. The pork sandwich had no seasoning, very bland, with a little bbq sauce. Potato salad outstanding, coleslaw was ok. 4.7 🌟 $$ Great service.

Traveling from Alabama to East Florida, we stopped here for a bite to eat. We were delighted with the food! And Tarra went above and beyond for us! We have young twins, so dining out is sometimes very difficult. But with Tarra’s great service, it made it easy!

We have been coming to the Charm for a very long time!! We usually eat the same thing..ITS ALWAYS VERY GOOD!! VERY SATISFIED....UNTIL RECENTLY. 🙁 for some reason they don't seem to pay attention now. I'm not sure if the girls are just totally distracted and sort care about the order...like they once did...OR if there's a new cook..or if the cook just don't care....give ya what they want you eat. 🙁 A few weeks ago I ordered grilled cheese....it was served with ham! Which I'm sure I had to pay extra for...I complained she laughed and asked if my dogs would eat the ham. That's not the point!!!! I did not order that!! And did not expect to pay for that. I'm tired of paying for food to feed the dumpster!!!!! Then i ordered 2 to go meals at another time....1 was a PLAIN HAMBURGER..WELL DONE..EXTRA MAYO ON THE SIDE....WHEN I GOT HOME. IT WAS ALL THE WAY!! TODAY I ORDERED 2 MEALS TO GO...1 PLAIN HAMBURGER WELL DONE ONLY EXTRA MAYO ON THE SIDE...GUESS WHAT? OPENED BOX...LETTUCE TOMATO ONION PICKLE....IS THAT PLAIN? NOPE!!!!! BET I PAID FOR ALL THAT EXTRA CRAP THAT I DID NOT ORDER...AND THREW AWAY!!!! WHAT HAS GONE WRONG? I SPEAK CLEARLY IN ENGLISH!!! I USED TO LOVE THE CHARM....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

We stopped in for lunch en route to JAX from the Suwannee Banjo Camp, and had a meal that was darn near perfect. I had the special, which was the pulled pork sandwich, and some onion rings. The onion rings were obviously breaded in-house and the oil they were fried in was not old-tasting. (As a chef, I understand the need to save money where possible in a kitchen, but I hate it when it’s obvious that the fryer oil is not fresh. The fries were also good.) The sandwich was amazing. It’s obvious that somebody in that kitchen knows how to cook! I took some baba pudding to go, and it tasted like my childhood. Our server was quick, helpful and very nice. Now don’t get me wrong; this is a diner, not a fine dining restaurant. But it’s awesome.

This is a little gem in North Florida. The food is simply amazing. Every time we’ve stopped here it’s been delicious, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the short trip off I-10 to get here!

A great little out of the way but local place. This was a great find. Food delicious; Service was friendly; Atmosphere was charming as advertised. My first visit. I'll be back to try lunch or dinner soon. I highly recommend it.

I had a very good Charmburger - cooked well and quite tasty. The accompanying French fries were likewise very good.

The server was very attentive and very cheerful.

I came from the Jax area on an RTE - I'd return.

Delightful little country restaurant, located in a turn of the century country store and gas station. Of the beaten path maybe 10 minutes out of Lake City off of FL highway 10, it is well worth breaking here if you are traveling across the state.

The name really does say it all: country charm. Expectedly reasonable prices for home-cooked food. And delicious hot coffee!
