2-27-25 roughly about 8:30pm. The food was good, but Big Thank you to the girl making the sandwiches. Appreciate the beautiful smile and wave goodbye. You really made my day when things are hard. All the people their where friendly and happy. Nice to see that. Wishing you all a wonderful and blessed day.

This is a good pit stop but it's not great. The chicken sandwich was put together without care; 1 tiny hard piece of lettuce and over sauced. However, the service is always fast and plenty of sitting area.

Over half an hour to get our food AND they prioritize Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. They get their food made first even if our orders have already been placed. They are VERY Newly opened and obviously poorly trained. Never going back.

I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad and a small fry. Giselle took my order. I asked for fries right out of the grease she said “what is that?” I said you know I want my fries to come right out of the grease she responded with “oh you mean fresh?” 🙄 I said yes, paid for my order, a few minutes later I got my salad and my fries.

My fries tasted burnt and they were brown, I asked for another order of fries because these tasted burnt. Giselle went over to the fried bat and scooped up more fries out of the same batch, put them in a bag and gave them to me. They too were brown and burnt.

I asked for my money back Giselle said what was wrong with it because I gave you a different batch.

I told her they were burnt and repeated to her, “remember, I said they were burnt.”

Natalie walks over completes my return.

I asked Natalie what was Giselle‘s name because she was very rude and acted as if she owned the Wendy’s by questioning why I wanted to return the fries.

Natalie would not give me Giselle‘s name by responding -“why do you need her name?”

I happen to see her name on my receipt and said to Natalie, “ok, her name is Giselle.”

The manager, or she looked to be the manager, walked over and explained to me that she didn’t know why the fries were coming out tasting burnt because they’ve been doing that here lately.

The disrespect I received at this location from these children was uncalled for.

I came back to ask Natalie‘s name, she PROUDLY gave me her name as if she knew there would be no repercussions for the treatment they gave me. I will do the survey that’s on my receipt and I will never return to this Wendy’s ever!

Great Travel/Trucker Stop inside (Pilot Travel Center) heavy traffic +Wendy's is excellent fast food (Travel Center has good food also,parking for RV,Business Trucks and Big Rig...If you have to wash clothes,shower they are clean 👌 Refresh & Enjoy

They said they're not serving beef. What? If you're not serving beef then you're not open, this is a Wendy's. Also their whole dining room area is stacked precariously to prevent anyone from eating there. Why even have a dining area if no one's allowed to use it?

Look at your food before you leave.

Wrap was ripped and not wrapped very well. I turned around, went back and had them remake it.

For the prices they charge, your food should look like it was made with care.

Went through the drive-thru and had a $60 order. We were the only ones there at midnight and waited almost 30 minutes just for cold food - not to mention we had two items missing. When I went inside and nicely asked about the items (it was late, I get it) the man was just hostile. Eventually I got my items but both the young man and the old lady were very rude saying under their breath "you clearly can't use your eyes because I put everything in the bag."
