I have been here many times, and every time I do I'm met with a warm welcome from the staff, and always offered help finding what I'm shopping for. I know my way around pretty well, and the employees are always polite whether or not I need their help. The store is always clean, always well stocked, and there's never a long wait at the checkout!

This is a spectacular example of how great customer service can make or break a business!

I’ve been here many times and have always been pleased with the friendly staff. The store is kept up with and has almost anything you might need hardware related. I recommend anyone looking to get parts to complete that one project that they have been putting off to come here.

Guy wearing a Ukraine flag was extremely condescending to my father in law. He claimed that my father didn't know anything about technology and was extremely unhelpful. He then instead of helping us get the right product took us to the aisle all huffy and started yelling out the entire inventory of the store in front of everyone. We were so embarrassed we just left. He was very ridiculous. Thanks for nothing

I walked all over the big box store, looking for a hook blade for my utility knife. They had regular blades in several locations. Employees didn't even know what it was. I should have just started at Ace. Helpful employee and well arranged store.

Great supplier of Big Green Egg smokers and BGE products. Also, the only local place that sells Fogo lump charcoal. And I grab a Sasparilla or two on the way out, my son loves them.
And yes, a great selection of hardware, plumbing, yard maintainence supplies and a lot more!

I found what I was looking for because of the store layout. I got to the register to pay & had to go back & get an employee to write down the prices. Because of the pending hurricane, the store was very busy & waiting for an employee to write down the cost of 4 bolts, washer, lock washer & nut took a long time. My bad for going when hurricane is approaching. I will go back.

They were one of the only stores in the county that had a good supply of propane before hurricane Matthew! They stayed open late to make sure that everyone was able to get filled up. Thank you!
