As an establishment if your machines do not work the first thing you should do is have an out of service sign. To tell a customer they will not be refunded as the tape was ripped off of the machine and there was no sign is bad business. Very unprofessional and it should be investigated. How many other customers lost money on broken machines due to no signs on the machines stating they are out of order.

Good environment and reasonable prices. However, the restrooms are not available for customers. I had to go home and use the restroom which was an inconvenience to me as a customer. I can understand if they only had one restroom 😂😅. They ha e two. The sign saying the men restroom is out of order , not the women's. I'm a woman . Maytag needs to fix this problem because the company is a great asset to the community.

By far the worst place I have ever been to do my laundry we were told we are not allowed to park here due to the fact that we are not customers I did let him know we will be doing laundry here . The owner looks at me and says I’m going to make a call
(to have the vehicule removed) the woman then makes remarks at me. And 4$ for a machine …

The lady there says they close at 9pm not 11pm because she don't wanna stay till 11 . I only had a small load i got there at 9:15 pm. When I told her in spanish I only have a little clothes she claim the coin change machine wasn't working meaning even if it was 6pm or 8 pm I wouldn't be able to use it. I was the only one she told that too . There was a lot more people in there. I guess because I'm black and have dreads. .she feel scared for no reason . This place deserve 0 stars. Racism at its finest ....

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The inside of this laundromat is clean and looks very new. It's well maintained and I can't say I've had any issues with the machines or employees. My only minor complaint would be wishing it was a bit bigger. Worth every quarter otherwise!

This laundromat has changed hands many of the washers were broken and out of service last two times. It's still enclosed air conditioned very clean. The attendant is helpful. I just purchased a washer so it's my last visit. It's not a bad place to get in quick and get out. The location has an ATM as well.

Clean, less crowd, air condition functioning properly. The only reason I gave such a bad rating is because the vending machines were out of water. I asked staff if they had water that they could give me from their stash. The gentlemen gladly did so. The owner, behind my back, told the worker that he should not have given me any water. I will find another laundry mat.

The best laundromat for all times. This laudramat has the comforts of a home ice cream snacks drinks games toys in machine for adults and children with affordable prices and well stocked products for you laundering needs. Most of all massage chairs for total relaxation. I especially love the big boy washers and dryers which are what I require. I went in with $20.00 and left with $6.00 after washing and drying eating and massage.
I wash huge loads ....this laundromat rates #1 for me. I drive 3miles to this laundromat.
