I came in just to look for a car and I ended up leaving with a cute New Beetle. The staff is super friendly and they worked around my bad credit and was able to give me what I wanted for a good deal. The tires needed to be replaced but I spoke with Tony and he took care of it. If you’re looking for a good deal on a car at a place that can work with whatever your situation is, this is the place!

Im so happy to have found West Park Motors when I was looking for a good used car. Rafael the sales person and with the help of the finance manager help me with my purchase that I had very little hope of getting approved. I don’t know what magic they pulled off but but they did it! Thumbs up for this great family own dealership you have a customer for ever.

I really enjoyed my purchase experience. I love my Mercedes Benz! They treated me like family. I was surprised they approved me and with a resonable payment. I went all over 441 looking for a car but only WestPark Motors got me a ride. I recommend them 100%. Come see Luis and Manny.

I'm really upset writing this review because these people should not be in business! So my sister purchased a car from this place and less than two TWO days later, it broke down AT NIGHT on the highway with her two kids!! She had to get it towed home! She call the company the next day and inform them and they said nothing should be wrong with the car.. their nonchalant attitude led to her telling them she no longer wanted the Nissan! They denied her request but said they would take a look at the car (this is when things started going down hill!) She insisted since it broke down so soon she didn't want it, she left the car there and contacted the better business bureau because they also had $2000 and change that they failed to return to her!She asked for prove the money would be refunded, They declined and provided no paperwork/no receipt (The $2000 is from her down payment, they suggested running the loan through with no down payment but because they already swiped her debit card that they would just return the money) Nope that didn't happen!The BBB reached out to the company... the"manager" from west park motors called my sister and told her if she didn't take care of the complaint she wasn't getting her money back! (WHAT?! THAT'S BLACKMAIL!!!) my sister called and reported that to the BBB as well and they reached out to the company and told them they couldn't do that! Long story short they gave her prove that her money would be back on the card and fixed the car (they even provided a LIST of things that they "fixed" after they said nothing was wrong with the car!) The last straw is she took the car to Hyundai to see if she could just trade it since it started making weird noises.. the sales man at Hyundai told her it should be illegal to sell the car in the state that it was in and that it was involved in multiple car accidents, the most she would get for the car was $400, the loan that she have for the car is $13,000.. Do the math! It's horrible because they definitely took advantage of her, I want to share her experience so no one else will make the same mistakes she did!

SCAM!!!!!!!! The finance manager Luis lied and said i was approved for a vehicle so i gave them $3000 and all my supporting documents and drove car off the lot. All so they could repo it 3 weeks later and keep my down payment. Do not go here it will be the worst mistake of your life.

Unfortunately I can’t give less than one star on this rating .Do not buy a car from these people. They are a joke. I perchased a truck from these people. they said that if I payed the price they asked they would include tag and registration. Fuel it and send it in the mail. I than drove back home. After al most a month no tag or reg. So I call to see what is going on. They said they need $200 to file for tags and they would not file with out it.At this point I am driving a truck with expired tags. So I seen the money a week latter still nothing I call again they say basically same thing there was a problem they need $200 more. After long heated arguments they I find there is nothing I can do about this lawyers cost a lot more than $200 so believe it or not I once again send the money. Here we are a week latter no tag. So this point I’m calling just about everyday they are telling me they are working on it. Every one there tells me there name is Hosa. They are scam artist don’t know how this business still exists. They are small with less than a dozen cars for a reason they don’t need to sell many when they are scamming ever person unfortunat enough to buy one there. Beware beware not good people. Wish there was more I could do. Should have been a warning when I was there and buying the car the one taking my money had a heated argument with other employe to the point he took his phone and smashed it right in front of me and my girlfriend while we are finalizing the deal. Multiple people were calling and cursing them out on phone. In the 1houre we were there. You can’t make this stuff up guys. Looking back on it god I am an idiot for even buying a car from these clown shoes. But hopefully this deters anybody else from making the same mistake.

I went here and got a great out come. 1st thing they make it happen by any means. No need to worry they make whatever you think you can't get they can. Super nice great Hospitality family-oriented great energy huge inventory and they were so open and honest towards my situation I appreciate and give them five star rating and recommend everyone in Broward and Miami-Dade to come to West Park Motors
