Splendid Flowers and Events really came through for me today. I live in New Jersey and was unable to attend my Aunt’s funeral. They were able to work with me and make a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered to the funeral home in an hour. The customer service and care that these people bring to their craft is unlike anything I have ever experienced in purchasing flowers.
These people are the definition of white glove service!!!!!

They guided me through the entire experience. They even took photos of the arrangement before and after it was hand delivered as courtesy!!!!!!!!

I was rushing to find a place open early enough to deliver flowers today before 12. I called and spoke to someone who helped me tremendously throughout the entire process, he was very polite and even gave me suggestions on what i should gift. They even called me throughout the entire process and sent me pictures once it was done. To top it all off, the employee i spoke with on the phone noticed they wouldn’t have a driver available till after 12 and delivered the flowers for me personally. I cannot express how happy and thankful i am to have found this business. I highly recommend this location for flowers & i will continue to buy flowers from this location as much as i can. They really went above and beyond for me i cannot stress how much it means to me that they went out of their way to personally deliver the flowers.
