Western Drug is a great sort of little catchall store that has just a little bit of everything. The pharmacy is top-notch. In fact, they auto-refill prescriptions for you so you don’t even have to remember to call them in. They message you to tell you that your prescriptions are ready. And every month before they fill them, they send you a message asking if there are any changes needed. It’s a really cool system. It has definitely made my life easier. But in general, Western Drug is a great go to for just about anything you need.

The pharmacy at Western Drug is AWESOME!! Very professional, very customer service oriented. We fill “in person” 6 months out of the year & use the Insync program to have our prescriptions mailed the other 6 months. We could not be happier with the efficient, friendly, personalized service we receive.

Wow! What a great little store. I haven't seen a store like this in years. Actually going back today. I found something I just couldn't live without LOL One-Stop shopping at its finest friendly staff. Yeah I'm going back today. It's worth the drive and I support small town stores Thank you for a wonderful experience. I'll be back today and probably more times in the future lol

Love this store! Everyone is friendly! They have a little bit of everything, even the unexpected! Fishing supplies, hunting supplies, camping supplies, medical supplies, sewing, clothing, knickknacks, toys, house supplies... literally they are a general store! It's fun to walk through and see what they have and support local!

If you can't find what you need in Greer, this is one of the top recommendations of everyone. Springerville is about a 20 minute drive from Greer.
The place has just about everything, though unfortunately they did not carry 35mm film which is why I was there.
It's also easy to miss. If you come up Mountain Ave., there is a drive way on the right, just before the light at Main St. Otherwise, once you turn right on Main, make another right almost immediately to pull into the lot.

I want to say I had a bad experience with western drugs on Saturday the 19th at 5:10 pm the worst I ever had but this morning I received a call from Britney who immediately apologized for there new girls short coming and rudeness and said she would take care of right away she also said she would call my husbands prescription in to make sure it would be filled I appreciate her and took down my other post because I felt as though I can trust what she says and I have worked with her before so I know she will do as she says Brittney is a great person and a knowledgeable person and a very curtious person who I respect and I know if anyone in the pharmacy can get things done is her and I just want to thank her and the older staff for being on top of all the situations and getting them resolved! Thank you Brittney! Thanks Western drugs! 20 plus years!
